Jean-Jacques Perrey — Moog Indigo

I bought this, as I suspect everyone does, for the classic “E.V.A.” You’ll know this from Ice-T’s “The Lane”. Or if you’ve ever heard a Fatboy Slim mix.

But it’s got so much more to offer than that. A crazy French 60s funk version of “Flight of the Bumblebee”, for one. Or a messed-up version of a polka that’s pretty much the Blue Peter theme. An album that brought several smiles and actual laughter a few times can’t be bad. And it isn’t.
